First step towards independence
You can get a room in the staff house (2-3 bed room) and perhaps make friends for life.
Culinary full board
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are free 7 days a week, leaving you with your entire salary for leisure activities.
Fair pay
Of course, your work and commitment must not go unrewarded. We pay you on time – and for returners we offer remuneration according to the collective agreement.
Self-employment
You take a step towards independence and can earn your own money with us.
Wörthersee Team Card
You will receive the Wörthersee Team Card from us, which entitles you to a variety of discounts in the region (lido, boat trips, pyramid ball and much more).
Free time
If possible, you will work through shifts and have regular working hours. This allows you to plan your free time precisely.

We also welcome career changers, school dropouts and school leavers who have decided to do an exciting internship at the Parkhotel Pörtschach for a variety of reasons.
Taster days
Would you like to find out more about our hotel and take a look behind the scenes? You are welcome to “get a taste” of what we do – simply get in touch with us for taster days!
Practical work experience days
If your school offers practical work experience days (max. 5 days) as a school event, you are also welcome to complete these with us at the Parkhotel Pörtschach.
And don’t worry if it’s not the right thing for you, taster days and work experience days are not compulsory.
