Chef de Rang
Do you enjoy working with guests, do you like things to be tidy and are you good at organization? As a Chef de Rang, you are passionate about your role as host, are responsible for your own station and are the first point of contact for guests in the restaurant. With your specialist knowledge, you also promote the training and further education of employees, especially apprentices.
What you do in your job:
- You are responsible for the smooth running of your own station with 30 guests and recommend and sell our culinary offerings
- You manage and train the commis, interns and apprentices assigned to you
- You contribute creative and varied ideas to the daily work routine
- You are responsible for maintaining and developing our quality standards and ensure strict compliance with HACCP guidelines
- You take care of your daily accounting properly
Demi Chef de Rang
If you enjoy “serving”, like to fulfill the wishes of our guests and have completed an apprenticeship, you are very welcome to join our team as a Demi Chef de Rang. You will work with the long-standing team under the guidance of our Chefs de Rang and create a pleasant atmosphere for the guests in the restaurant.
What you do in your job:
- You recommend and sell our culinary offerings
- You support and train our trainees and apprentices
- You contribute creative and varied ideas to the daily work routine
- You are responsible for maintaining and developing our quality standards
- You ensure strict compliance with quality standards and HACCP guidelines
Commis de Rang
Have you already had the opportunity to get a taste of service? Professional experience is of course an advantage. Or do you simply want to reorient yourself or retrain? As a Commis de Rang, you will support our long-standing service team with simple tasks under the guidance of our Chefs de Rang.
This is what you do in your job:
- You are responsible for the mise en place in your area.
- You are responsible for any service activities such as setting the tables or taking orders for drinks and kitchen preparation.
You ensure that the restaurant and work area is tidy and clean.
