- You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and control of all building services systems
- You will carry out independent repair work for minor damage and cooperate with specialist companies in the event of major defects
- You will support compliance with legal regulations and company guidelines relating to building safety
- You will take on internal functions such as fire safety officer or first aider.
