Chef de Partie

What you will do in your job:
- You will manage the work processes in your assigned area
- You will be responsible for continuously checking the flavour and freshness of the dishes
- You will be the contact person for ongoing quality checks with regard to inventory and cleanliness
Demi Chef de Partie
As a direct contact person, you will work independently under the supervision of the Chef de Partie and actively act as a deputy. Do you enjoy working as part of a team and acting as a direct contact person for apprentices, trainees and Commis de Cuisine? Then you’ve come to the right place.
This is what you do in your job:
- You support our Chefs de Partie in the preparation of dishes and culinary delights
- You carry out continuous taste and freshness checks on ingredients and dishes
- You help with ongoing quality control
Commis de Cuisine
Have you successfully completed your training and now want to realize your passion as a chef? Do you have good specialist knowledge and a high level of quality awareness and are you reliable and punctual? Then you’ve come to the right place: secure a job in our team in the kitchen. Under the guidance of our Chefs de Partie, you will be actively involved in day-to-day operations.
This is what you will do in your job:
- You will assist in the preparation of dishes and culinary delights
- You will help to check freshness, quality and taste as well as compliance with HACCP guidelines
- You are responsible for the presentation of dishes to guarantee the perfect taste experience and the highest level of guest satisfaction
Dishwasher
Do you have a sense of order and cleanliness? Make sure pots and pans are clean and dishes are sparkling.
That’s what you do in your job:
- You clean the dishes and the kitchen area
- You will perform simple auxiliary tasks in the kitchen
- You will help to ensure compliance with hygiene and quality guidelines
Pastry chef
