Our new service in the Wörthersee region: Wörthersee Plus Card – Print@home. Would you like to take advantage of the benefits of your free Guest Card even on your way here? Our bookings team will be pleased to send you your Guest Card by e-mail to print out at home.

Dress code

Please dress appropriately in the dining room (evening: no shorts or sandals for men).

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas such as the lakeside terrace, beach, hotel grounds and entrance area, and on room balconies. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and all bedrooms.

Dogs

Dogs are only permitted on request and only in certain rooms. We charge EUR 25 per night for your four-legged friend (excl. food), and provide a blanket and feeding bowl. Unless you have made a written booking for your dog, we will charge EUR 200 for final cleaning. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

You are welcome to pay in cash or by credit card or EC card (A, D, NL). To confirm your booking, please give us your credit card details, including expiry date. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation 

The general terms and conditions of the Austrian hotel industry (AGBH) apply. The place of fulfilment is Pörtschach, the place of jurisdiction is Klagenfurt. 

In the time from 02.03. - 17.05. & 10.09. - 23.11.2023:
• Until 1 day before arrival, a free-of-charge cancellation is possible

In the time from 18.05. - 22.06. & 24.11.2023 - 03.01.2024:
• Until 5 days before arrival, a free-of-charge cancellation is possible
• Until 3 days before arrival, 50% of the whole package-rate will be charged
• Until 1 day before arrival, 80% of the whole package-rate will be charged

In the time from 23.06. - 09.09.2023:
• Until 14 days before arrival, a free-of-charge cancellation is possible
• Until 7 days before arrival, 50% of the whole package-rate will be charged
• within 7 days before arrival, 80% of the whole package-rate will be charged

Always valid:

in case of non-arrival or premature departure, 100% of the whole package-rate will be charged
